The Raleigh District is organizing a series of trips to D’Iberville, Mississippi, renewing our relationship with that area in helping them heal from the devastation of Katrina. Groups are being set up for May 1-8, and May 15-22. (To register please click on Library at top of homepage and then ”Mississippi Mission Trip”. Registration directions are found on the form. The cost of the trip (per individual) is $150, which covers breakfast and lunches Mon-Fri of each of the weeks, plus one evening cookout, and helps buy building materials for our projects. Individuals/groups will provide their own transportation to and from D’Iberville. Everyone is asked to arrive in MS on/by Sunday morning. The whole group will worship at Heritage UMC in D’Iberville at 11am. A limited number of spaces are available and are filling. Come and help to steady the hands of our brothers and sisters in Christ.
