Please join us for a concert to raise money for building materials that the Cabinet will use on their trip in November. The concert is Friday night, September 17, 7:00 pm, at Garner UMC, 201 Methodist Drive, Garner, NC. There is no cover charge, but we will be taking a love offering. Donations from all our churches will be accepted that evening as well as anytime between now and November. If you are unable to attend the concert, donations may be forwarded directly to the Treasurer, North Carolina Conference, P.O. Box 1970, Garner, NC 27529. Please make your checks payable to North Carolina Conference and place “Advance #SOO245″ on the memo line. One-hundred percent of the donations received to this Advance number will go directly to the Ryan Epps Center.
Posters for the event are available for your churches. They are at the Raleigh District Office, NC Conference office, and at the following UM churches: Knightdale, Horne Memorial, White Plains, Apex, Garner, Ebenezer, St. Andrews, Christ Community, and First UMC of Fuquay-Varina.
It is our hope that all our churches participate in this fun-filled and inspirational event.
